DETAILS: Welcome to the beautifully decorated 7-bedroom, 8.5-bathroom home at 69 Thyme Street in Seagrove! It's situated perfectly on a large lot, just a short walk from the Dogwood-Thyme Street beach access. There is plenty of natural light throughout the home with an airy, open layout. The first floor has a guest bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom. There is also a sitting room with a wet bar that leads out to the home's private pool deck. This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom first floor condo that's been freshly painted and upgraded bathrooms, has convenient door-front parking so you're always steps away from your vehicle. The condo is done all in carpet except for the two bathrooms, which are done in tile. The living room has a love seat, a plush chair, a Queen Sofa Sleeper, and flat screen HDTV for your viewing pleasure. The kitchen is complete with a full size refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher. You’ll also have all the dishes, silverware, and accessories you need to prepare your favorite meal. Next to the kitchen is the dining area complete with a large dining table for you and your guests to eat and converse comfortably. The Guest bedroom has two Full beds with a flat screen HDTV, and the Master bedroom has 1 King bed, a flat screen HDTV, and a private bathroom with a walk in shower. The bedding in this condo allows 8 guests to sleep in comfort and ease. This first floor condo offers partial Gulf views and you can walk out the back patio and get to the ocean after a 1.5 to 2 minute walk. There's even a water hose on the covered patio to wash your feet before enjoying the air conditioning when you need a break from the heat. Other amenities include high speed internet access, a private beach, gated security, an outdoor heated swimming pool, a children’s pool, two lighted tennis courts, an arcade room, a fitness center, a basketball goal, a laundry room for units without washers and dryers (coin operated), and two barbecue areas with 4 grills in each area. Beach Service – If you didn’t pre-reserve beach chairs, just stop by the beach hut or call the Excel team at 850-797-6123. In addition to chairs and umbrellas, Excel offers kayaks and paddle boards for rent, as well as an assortment of snacks and drinks.

Tennis, Basketball, Pickleball, and Shuffleboard – Forget your gear? No worries, you can check out rackets, balls, and more at the front desk at no charge!

Grilling Out – In the busy months of spring and summer, many families opt to grill out rather than go out. We have eight charcoal grills available. There are several seafood markets nearby, including Blalock’s which is just a block to the west (p.s., their tuna dip is a must try!).

Fitness Center – Did you know we have a fitness center in the Penthouse building? Just stop by the front desk to borrow the key.

Family Activities – There’s always something fun on the itinerary at Silver Dunes:

• Annual Easter Egg Hunt in the Courtyard – Easter Sunday, 9 am in the courtyard

• Scavenger Hunts – Throughout the Spring – for children of all ages! Just stop by the office to pick up your scavenger hunt necessities. Once you’ve collected everything, stop back by the office to pick a surprise from the Silver Dunes treasure chest!

• Movies in the Courtyard – Bring a picnic blanket, your beach chairs, and join us on Mondays at dusk throughout June and July. We show a different family-friendly movie each week.

• S’mores Nights with Live Music at the Pool –Wednesday nights are awesome at Silver Dunes! Throughout June and July, the firepits will be out, s’mores roasting, and tunes playing!
